Everything You Need to Know
HAVE QUESTIONS?
About Us
Who will be treating me?
Your care is led by a licensed, board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Every visit begins with a one-on-one consultation to make sure you're medically cleared and that we choose the drip that's right for you.
Where are you located?
6410 South Kings Ranch Road, Suite 2, Gold Canyon, AZ 85118.
What are your hours?
We see clients by appointment only — this way your time is reserved just for you, with one-on-one care from start to finish. Book online anytime through our booking page.
Your Visit
How do I book?
Book online through the "Book a Consultation" button on our website.
What happens at my first visit?
From the moment you arrive, the space is yours. Soft golden light, calming music, and the gentle scent of natural essential oils set the tone, and complimentary drinks and snacks are ready for you. Our provider begins with an unhurried conversation about your health history, medications, and goals. Together you'll choose the infusion that's right for you. Then it's time to settle in, breathe, and let the this time be entirely yours.
How long does a visit take?
Plan on about an hour, including your consultation. The infusion itself usually takes 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your drip and the size of the IV.
What should I do before my appointment?
- Eat a light meal.
- Drink plenty of water beforehand — being well hydrated makes your veins easier to find.
- If you're up for it, do a few arm curls before you arrive to get blood flowing to your arms.
- Wear a top with sleeves that roll up easily.
What should I bring?
A list of your current medications and supplements, and any recent lab results if you have them preferable to your initial consultation.
Does it hurt?
You'll feel a quick pinch when the IV goes in. We use small, fine needles to keep it as comfortable as possible. The needle comes out right away, and only a tiny, soft, flexible tube stays in your vein during the infusion. Most people simply relax for the rest of the session.
What if you can't find a good vein?
Being well hydrated helps a lot, so drink plenty of water the day before and the morning of your visit. We'll make no more than three attempts. If we can't place your IV comfortably, you can choose to reschedule at no charge or opt for a shot instead.
Treatments
What add-ons are available?
- Glutathione IV push — an antioxidant that supports your liver and immune system, given directly into your IV so your body receives the full dose.
- Vitamin B12 injection and Tri-Immunity shot — add either one to any visit, or book it on its own.
Can I get a shot without an IV?
Yes. It takes about 5 minutes and no IV is needed. Many clients come in monthly to keep their levels steady. We use fine, retractable needles to keep it quick and comfortable.
What's the difference between an IV push and a drip?
A drip flows slowly from a bag, usually over 30 to 60 minutes. A push is a smaller amount given by syringe into your IV line over a few minutes. Our glutathione add-on is given as a push during your visit.
How often should I come in?
It depends on your goals and health, and we'll recommend a schedule that fits you during your consultation. Some clients come in weekly, every two weeks, or monthly for ongoing wellness. Others book as needed for a quick pick-me-up, extra hydration, or immune support.
Do you offer specials, packages, or memberships?
We have exclusive offers available in the lounge including founding member rates for life— ask us during your visit.
Do you offer facials or other skin treatments?
Not yet, but custom skincare services are coming soon. Follow us on Instagram or Facebook @lasanteiv for updates.
After Your Visit
How should I care for the IV site?
When the IV comes out, press gently on the spot for 2 to 5 minutes to help prevent bruising. Keep the bandage on for about an hour. A little tenderness or a bruise is normal and fades over time. A cold pack and raising your arm can help as well.
Safety
Is IV therapy safe?
IV therapy is generally well tolerated when given by a licensed medical professional. Every visit includes a review of your health history, and your nurse practitioner personally decides whether IV therapy is right for you. All our products come from an FDA-registered pharmaceutical outsourcing facility.
Who should not get IV therapy?
We do not treat anyone under 18 or anyone who is pregnant. Certain heart, liver, and kidney conditions also make IV therapy unsafe. We'll review your history during your consultation — please tell us about any health conditions, medications, or allergies. If you are having urgent or severe symptoms, call 911 and get emergency care right away.
Can I come in if I'm feeling sick?
For a mild cold or feeling run down, yes. If you have a high fever, vomiting that won't stop, chest pain, trouble breathing, or other severe symptoms, please see a doctor or go to urgent care instead.
Does IV therapy replace my primary care provider?
No. IV therapy is a wellness service that works alongside your regular healthcare, not in place of it.
